How do I return Anamo.eu Sports Orders?
Returning Anamo.eu Sports orders
We try our best to bring you the best products to bring quality and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.
Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Exchanges can be made for clothes and shoes only and for the same item in a different size or color only. Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES:
Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only. Exchanges are subject to availability and are for clothes and shoes only.
A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
Closeout products:
Products marked "last chance" are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Other terms:
Some products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the label, hang tag, or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.
We reserve the right to limit returns.
Price Adjustments:
Website products placed on a temporary markdown (sale items) are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on the original form of payment. Website products placed on permanent markdown (clearance or "last chance" items) are not eligible for price adjustments.
RETURN PROCEDURES:
Fill out the Return Form on the back of the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)
Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to the SHIPPED FROM address.
Anamo.eu distribution facilities and sales offices do not accept hand deliveries.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Anamo.eu will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
- All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
- Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.

Follow these steps to request a free return label:
- Select ORDER STATUS which is located in the upper right hand corner on Anamo.eu Sports
- LOG IN to your Profile (if you're not already logged in
- Select GET RETURN LABEL which is located to the right of the order you are returning
- The Return Label pop up screen will appear
- Select the order number with the item(s) you want to return
- Complete the mailing address information and update the email address. The information must be updated no matter which option you select.
- To print your label, click on the "Print" button. You must have a printer and Adobe Acrobat.
- To have your label sent via email, select the "Submit" button under the email address field.
- To have your label mailed to the address listed in the screen, select the "Submit" button under the mailing address fields.
- NOTE: The email will be sent from no-reply@anamo.eu. If you don't receive your email within one hour, check your spam folder.
Refund information for Anamo.eu Sports:
- Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse.
- Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment and you will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
- If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, balance will first be applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged, and then to the Gift Card or Product Voucher.
- Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
- Gift-packaging charges cannot be refunded.

How are Returned Gifts to Anamo.eu Sports.com processed?
If you return a product that you received as a gift, the refund will go directly to the gift giver's original form of payment.
