Our Corporate Accounts management area makes it easy for managers to review or change information regarding a corporate account or orders placed using that account. Simply click the "Manage Corporate Account" button on the Your Account page. Sign in with the email address and password associated with the corporate account. If there is more than one account associated with that email address and password, specify the account that interests you. Read below for more information.
Account managers can authorize individuals as purchasers on a corporate account and authorize other individuals as account managers. To edit the list of participants associated with a corporate account, click the Participants link at the left side of the Corporate Accounts management area. If you are editing the role of a participant, be sure to click the Save Changes button when you are finished making changes. If you are removing a participant, be sure to click the Confirm button when finished.
You can also add an individual to the account from the Participants area. Click the "Add Participants" button, enter the individual's email address, and click the "Send email" button when you are finished. We will send an email notification containing online registration instructions to each email address that you designate. Each individual will click a special link to Anamo.eu contained in the email notification and register to purchase on the corporate account.
Corporate Account settings can be accessed from the Corporate Accounts management area.
An individual's ability to edit corporate account settings depends upon his or her role in the account. Only primary account managers can edit their name on the account and assign another primary account manager if needed.
Account managers can view primary account manager and company info. All account managers can, however, view and edit payment and shipping information. They can also set email alerts and invite and manage other participants.
At this time, it is not possible to limit the amount that is spent using a corporate account.
Be sure to click the Confirm or Save Changes button when you are finished making any changes.
Account managers can review the details of any order placed using the corporate account by visiting the Corporate Accounts management area. Purchasers not authorized as account managers can not view the details of orders they themselves have placed.
For orders that have yet to ship, you will be able to review the order total, shipping address, payment method, and item availability. For orders that have already been shipped, you can confirm the date and method of shipment, an estimated date of arrival, and a tracking number (if applicable).
