Anamo.eu Sports operates in synergy with Anamo.eu. The information below are relevant only to orders placed via Anamo.eu Sports.

How do I find and purchase products on Anamo.eu Sports?

Use the menus on the left of the page to browse Anamo.eu Sports by gender and category. You can also search for a specific item by using the "SEARCH" box, located in the upper left part of every page of the store. To access more information or purchase an item, click on the product image and you will be taken to the item's product detail page.

When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want a particular product, go to your shopping cart and click "REMOVE". Once you have all the items you wish to purchase, click the "CHECKOUT" button.

How do I use the shopping cart?

To place a product in your shopping cart, select size/flavor/color (or any other attribute) and quantity, and then click the "ADD TO CART" button on the right side of the product detail page. By clicking the shopping cart icon at upper right-hand corner of your screen, you may view your shopping cart at any time. This allows you to add, change or delete items whenever you like.

Please note: An e-mail address is needed to place an order online. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can get one for free at many places. We suggest GMail by Google or Windows Live Mail by Microsoft.

What are Anamo.eu Sports online payment options?

Anamo.eu Sports accepts several methods of payment:

  • E.U. Issued Credit Cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
  • E.U. Issued Debit Cards - Visa or MasterCard
  • PayPal - Account must be an EU established account
  • Anamo Gift Cards issued in the E.U.
  • Anamo Sports Product Vouchers issued by Anamo E.U. Consumer Services

At this time, we do not accept cash, checks, or money orders. We accept CODs(Cash On Delivery) only in specific member states. If your member state is one of those, you will see COD as an option to your Payment Options during Checkout.

Does Anamo.eu Sports offer Gift Services?

Gift Cards

Currently we support gift cards only in selective regions. It is not yet supported in a pan-European way.

Does Anamo.eu collect VAT Tax?

Anamo.eu and it's professional sellers are required to collect sales taxes on total taxable product and shipping and handling charges in all the member states.

Sales tax is calculated using the address where the product is being shipped.

Anamo.eu accepts  tax-exempt orders only from businesses at this time.

How Your Order is Secure
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and who are required to keep the information confidential. When you place an order or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology -- the industry standard for secure online transactions -- and then encrypted into our databases, only to be accessed as stated above.

How do I cancel an Anamo.eu Sports order?

We begin processing Anamo.eu Sports orders immediately. For this reason, we have a small window of time in which we can cancel an order. Please go to your Account and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Or contact us at service@anamo.eu, and we will make every effort to cancel your order.

How do I return Anamo.eu Sports Orders?

Returning Anamo.eu Sports orders
We try our best to bring you the best products to bring quality and performance to your active life. We feel the same way about customer service. If you feel the need to return or exchange an item based on the guidelines below, we will gladly make it happen.

Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange for any reason within 30 days from ship date. After 30 days, merchandise must be unworn and unwashed to receive a refund or exchange. Exchanges can be made for clothes and shoes only and for the same item in a different size or color only. Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse and refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

EXCHANGES:

Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only. Exchanges are subject to availability and are for clothes and shoes only.

A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.

Closeout products:
Products marked "last chance" are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Other terms:
Some products have specific written guarantees and/or warranties. Please read the label, hang tag, or warranty card for specific guidelines and return information.
We reserve the right to limit returns.

Price Adjustments:
Website products placed on a temporary markdown (sale items) are eligible for a one-time price adjustment if we are notified within 14 days of the date of purchase. Price adjustments will be issued based on the original form of payment. Website products placed on permanent markdown (clearance or "last chance" items) are not eligible for price adjustments.

RETURN PROCEDURES:

Fill out the Return Form on the back of the packing slip that came with the order. (If you don't have your original packing slip, just include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the original order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number.)

Pack your return with the completed form (in the original package if possible) and send it to the SHIPPED FROM address.

Anamo.eu distribution facilities and sales offices do not accept hand deliveries.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
 

  • You must include a return address. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address on the outside of the package will be destroyed, and Anamo.eu will not replace the contents of the package. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A refund will be processed if the product is unavailable.
  • Exchanges can be made for the same item in a different size or color only.

Follow these steps to request a free return label:

  • Select ORDER STATUS which is located in the upper right hand corner on Anamo.eu Sports
  • LOG IN to your Profile (if you're not already logged in
  • Select GET RETURN LABEL which is located to the right of the order you are returning
  • The Return Label pop up screen will appear
  • Select the order number with the item(s) you want to return
  • Complete the mailing address information and update the email address. The information must be updated no matter which option you select.
  • To print your label, click on the "Print" button. You must have a printer and Adobe Acrobat.
  • To have your label sent via email, select the "Submit" button under the email address field.
  • To have your label mailed to the address listed in the screen, select the "Submit" button under the mailing address fields.
  • NOTE: The email will be sent from no-reply@anamo.eu. If you don't receive your email within one hour, check your spam folder.

Refund information for Anamo.eu Sports:

  • Your return will be processed within 3 business days of being received at our warehouse.
  • Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment and you will receive an e-mail notification once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
  • If you return a product purchased with multiple methods of payment, balance will first be applied to the credit card or PayPal account up to the original amount charged, and then to the Gift Card or Product Voucher.
  • Refunds will include product and tax amount only. In the event that an incorrect item was shipped, or if products were damaged in transit, we will also include shipping charges in your refund.
  • Gift-packaging charges cannot be refunded.
