How to Place Your First Order

Placing an order with Anamo.eu is easy. The first thing you have to do is register for an Account. This is a very simple process, it requires only a name and a valid email address. It takes about 10 seconds to register, and you can also use your OpenID Account. After that you can place your first order online. (We cannot accept orders by phone, fax, or email. All orders must be placed online.)

Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order. If you have any problems when following these steps, please contact Anamo.eu Customer Service.
Please note: Some items offered on our website are fulfilled by Anamo.eu Professional Sellers. Payment, shipping, and return policies may vary by type of order and by seller. The seller of each item in your order will be clearly noted on the To-Buy List page.

1. Sign In

Sign In or Register for a FREE Anamo.eu Personal Account. It takes about 10 seconds to do that and you need only a name and an email address. (Keep in mind that the email address you provide here will be the only email address to which we can send information about subsequent orders).

2. Find the Items You Want

First you will need to browse or search for the items you would like to order. The big yellow keyword search box is located on nearly every page of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including an availability estimate of how long it will take before the item will be ready to leave our fulfillment center. A product detail page contains all the available information we can give you for the product.

3. Add the Items to your To-Buy List/Shopping Cart

On Anamo.eu the Shopping Cart is the To-Buy List. The only difference between a traditional shopping cart and the To-Buy List is that the items in your cart are reserved for you while on the To-Buy List are only assigned to you when you place an order. It is simple to use. If you want to order the item that you see just check(by clicking on it) the large blue square on the right side of the product detail page.

and wait until it becomes:

This will indicate that this product is now on your To-Buy List. As simple as that.
Once you've added an item to your To-Buy List, keep searching or browsing until your list contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your To-Buy List at any time by clicking the To-Buy List button at the top left of every page of our website.

4. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your To-Buy List. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "Save for later" button next to the title. The item will move from your current To-Buy List to the "Saved Items -To Buy Later" list below. If any of the items are to be gifts, click the "Show gift options during checkout" checkbox under the To Checkout button. (You'll be given another chance to order gift-wrap and/or add a note during the checkout process.)

When you're ready to place an order for everything in the "To-Buy List - To Buy Now" section of your list, click the "To Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

The instructions below outline each step of our online order form. If at any point you encounter difficulty or receive an error message, please consult our Anamo.eu Customer Service.

5. Enter a Shipping Address

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. You can ship it to every corner of the European Union.

6. Choose a Shipping Method

Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. If you would like to take advantage of FREE Super Saver Shipping and your order qualifies, be sure to select it as your shipping option; you will not receive free shipping automatically. Please note that it is possible to request a specific carrier.

We will estimate shipment dates for you on the order form, just before you submit your order. You will see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the email we send you to confirm your order.

If there is more than one item in your order, you will be given the following options:

  • Group the items into as few shipments as possible
  • Or group the items in such a way they each group ships as soon as all the items in it become available

In case your order is from a seller in another member-state, we calculate all the extra VAT taxes that are required by the EU. Please note that we do not exempt VAT from orders made by individuals.

Also, please note that the availability listings on our website are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble.

The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order. This amount is fixed and it will not change. In cases that the VAT is not correctly calculated the seller will be the one to burden the extra cost.

7. Provide Payment Information

Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. Anamo.eu accepts American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Eurocard, Visa, Visa Check Cards, payment from your bank account, Webcertificates. All orders must be prepaid. If you're paying with a credit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes.

8. Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Place Your Order" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of shipment.

9. Check Your Order Status

If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, click the Your Account link in the top left side of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact us.
