What are Anamo.eu Sports' shipping and delivery options?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Currently, we can only ship to addresses within the 27 member states of the European Union. We cannot ship to EU Territories outside Europe's mainland, Post Office boxes, or to addresses outside of the EU.

We offer a wide range of shipping services. We use UPS, DHL or other member-state-wide couriers. All the available options are presented to you when you Checkout. In some cases you can select FREE SUPER SAVING SHIPPING, which is a FREE shipping service.

*Free ground shipping on orders of newly registered customers. All additional shipping addresses within the order are charged for shipping.
Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?
We'll be happy to ship items from one order to multiple addresses.
For your protection, we will be unable to change your address once your order has been shipped. Please double check your shipping information before you submit your order. Anamo.eu Sports only ships within the European Union. We are currently unable to accept or ship international orders.
Free ground shipping on orders of newly registered customers. All additional shipping addresses within the order are charged for shipping.
Terms and Conditions
The Order Subtotal is the cost of all of the products in the shopping cart, which reflects any product discounts. The Order Subtotal excludes shipping, taxes and promotion codes.
Shipping charges are calculated after all discounts and promotion codes have been applied to the order.
If the Order Subtotal qualifies for Free Ground Shipping, any promotional codes or discounts applied will reduce the Order Total and may not qualify for free ground shipping unless additional item(s) are added to the order.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards always ship for free, regardless of the number of addresses in the order.
Gift Cards do not count as an additional shipping address in determining if an order qualifies for free ground shipping. Therefore, if an order contains product shipping to one address and a gift card to a second address, then the "Shipping to a Single Address" rules apply.
If you are buying Gift Cards, the value of the cards will apply towards the Order Subtotal. If you are redeeming Gift Cards, this will not impact your Order Subtotal (they apply as a form of payment against your final Order Total).
COD(Cash On Delivery)
COD orders are all treated as a "Shipping to a Single Address" type of orders.
How are Anamo.eu Sports Gift Cards shipped?
Gift Cards shipping via Ground service always ship for free, regardless of the number of addresses in the order. Gift Cards shipping ground are sent out via regular UPS Ground Service, and take 2-9 business days for delivery. If you need to send your gift card via a faster shipping method, you may choose it during Checkout. Select one of these shipping methods when entering the SEND TO address.

No promo code is required. You will automatically receive Free Shipping with your first purchase of any amount of money. Valid for standard ground shipping only. Order usually arrives in 2-9 business days. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping and multiple shipping destinations.

Yes, after you have placed your order, you can go here, to regularly check the latest status of your order. Remember that you can cancel an order, only before it ships.
